This was my very first experience with Brian. I called "other" plumbing companies and was told we can see you next week! For me that was not going to work because we had our sewage back up into our house. I called Trident plumbing because they got alot of good reviews! I am so glad I did! Brian came out within an hour of me placing the call!! He was very thorough, efficient, and did not leave our home until he knew the problem was solved for good! Brian and Trident Plumbing---A+! Brian knows what he's doing and he was incredibly helpful. Our leaky bathtub faucet and handle had somehow stopped the shower from working. Brian was able to give me a ballpark estimate before he arrived, so I knew what to expect and he instantly solved the problem. He was fantastic about communicating over email and text, as his schedule changed so I wasn't wondering when to expect him to arrive. He was courteous and quick to solve our issue. I highly recommend Trident Plumbing!
