Over the course of two days the technicians attempted to unclog the drain of the kitchen sink, repair the leaking pipes, and repair/replace the disposal. The accomplished none of them. They made continuous trips to their truck and still did not bring or have the necessary equipment to do the job. When they finally quit the told me to call another company to solve a basic plumbing jog.

I don't normally leave reviews but this team is amazing. I called them at 2am for a leak that had flooded part of our basement. They were able to come out and assess the situation within 30min. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I will go to them for all our servicing from here on out.

Justin and another plumber, with "J's Plumbing" came to my house to inspect required work, recommended parts to order and said they could do the work. Even gave schedule options. The visit was professional.
After they left, I never heard from them again. Would not answer phone or reply to voice messages. Didn't even give me the curtesy of letting me know they didn't want to do the job.

I live in a home with a well and septic system. Today we found ourselves without water. I called J's Plumbing after finding them online with servicing wells in their promotion. They responded within one hour, did a through inspection and determined that the well pump was the culprit and we were in need of a replacement. The technicians advised my husband that they would need to leave to go pick up one and that the job would be under $2000. After completing the job my husband was handed an invoice of $4000 with no explanation as to the increase. Reluctantly, we paid for their services

J's Plumbing gave us great service. We needed an exterior faucet replaced, the others checked and to know where our water valve for outside master shot off was located. The technicians were punctual, professional, and polite. They worked quickly and the price for serviced rendered was was very reasonable. I'll definitely call J's again!

We woke up this morning to no water. We called two other plumbers and got no where. I found J’s Plumbing suggested online and my husband made the call.
Within a few hours, Justin was at our house and replacing our well pump. Even in less time than he even said he would need.

I called Justin because our high level water alarm was going off. He arrived within thirty minutes and thought that the septic tank pump had gone out. He went to retrieve a brand new pump and was back again within another thirty minutes. After examining the pump, he realized that the float was stuck and that the pump was still in working condition. Justin was highly efficient and helpful. If we ever have another problem, we will be sure to call J's Plumbing again!

Okay, so I don't usually have so many positive things to say about a plumber, but Justin was awesome! He was very professional, quick and very helpful. The website is awesome, and so are the text alerts and map view that showed how far away he was when he was on his way. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely be giving Justin a call for future plumbing needs.

I have been using J's plumbing since June of 2019, and I will not call any other plumber as long as he is in business. My plumbing issues continue to arise (due to previous owner), and J's plumbing is always punctual, does a phenomenal job, and is very honest and hard-working. Top-notch quality, the best contractor I've ever had for any repair in the house, I continue to highly recommend him.

Called J's to work on four jobs at the house. We got in a little over our heads during a remodel and had to call in the pro's. Here's my summary of J's: Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very fairly priced. They listened carefully to what we had to say, gave us quick resolution, and didn't try to break our bank. This company is most definitely now "our" plumber. We wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

We got in a little over our heads on a home remodel we were helping a friend with in Fredericksburg, VA and had to call in the pro's. Contacted J's and am so glad we did! Here's my summary of J's: Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very reasonably priced. What more could a customer ask? They listened closely to our concerns then resolved four issues we had in less than 1.5 hours - repaired broken T-pipe inside wall and connected laundry sink, installed new sink and faucet in bathroom, fixed/reconnected kitchen faucet, removed toilet, located problem with it

We used J's Plumbing to fix a broken pipe and joint in our hot tub. The broken parts were in a tight spot, and required a more complex repair than originally anticipated. Justin did a great job hunting down the correct parts, and completed the repair the next day. Our hot tub is now up and running again with no leaks! Excellent and timely service, performed at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend J's Plumbing.
