They were outstanding from the initial call, to the end with install of a new furnace and air conditioner. Our original furnace and AC lasted 46 years before the inevitable signs of failure started to present itself.
When I called initially, I left a message. Patrick's was very prompt in calling me back (within and hour). It was a very professional and thorough conversation including the set up of an appointment that same day.
The technician was very clear in explaining what was going on with our very old equipment, and made their recommendations, which included suggesting to get other quotes

All I can say is that Patrick’s HVAC will be my go to from here on out. Had a major backup in my basement that destroyed my furnace Theresa was out the following day to inspect and quote the repair. I ended up needing a new furnace and she fully explained why, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was never pushy, and encouraged me to do my research and then call her once I felt comfortable.

The owners, as well as their two employees who installed my furnace and air conditioner this weekend, could NOT have been more helpful, hard-working, polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They thoroughly answered all my questions (I know I had way too many! LOL) with the utmost patience and thoroughness. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Answered my call right away . Set a time and arrived when she said she would. Evaluated the problem quickly and gave me a fair price . Schedule the work and did the work exactly when she scheduled it and even left the old part that needed to be replaced So that I would know :) I loved everything about my contact with this business and that is very rare in that particular business. Think you for making it so that we can call for heating and air conditioning At the drop of a hat and never think twice about whether or not we are going to get good honest service .

Locally owned HVAC company that came through 100% for me. Furnance went out 2 days ago. Was able to trouble shoot the problem myself but the fix went beyond my knowledge and my schedule. Patrick's was able to get the part and get here the next day to make sure we had heat. They did an amazing job and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them.

NICEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Theresa and Roger were so nice. They didn't dump a bunch of papers on me or 50 options to pick from. Based on the size of our home, vaulted ceilings, and our experience with our old system - they made recommendations on what to do, where it could help to invest more, and where to avoid wasting money. They immediately built trust and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Furnace died during near zero temp outside, on a weekend. By Monday I was up and running with new furnace. People who did the work were neat, friendly, cooperative, and didn't complain at all about some challenges they had to overcome to complete the installation. Would call them again next time I needed help without hesitation.
