The CLEANPRO Carpet Cleaning System(R) was developed by Kevin Owsley and the extraordinary help of a senior hydrocarbon chemist name Dave Maxwell to overcome the all too familiar problems associated with steam cleaning (hot water extraction). Eco-friendly is easy to explain. It is a product that does not affect indoor air quality and is biodegradable. We don't find ourselves having our carpets cleaned as much as we should. But after having a gathering for Halloween we definitely needed it! I searched on here and found Marty and Tacoma Cleanpro. Called left a message and he responded pretty quick for working and scheduling. He was able to get me scheduled a few days later. I had my neighbor let him in since I was at work and she said he was lights out great service. She scheduled her carpets to be cleaned before he as well. I got home later and am supper happy with how they turned out. I messaged him late to confirm how pleased we were

Marty was excellent! He is communicative, reliable, and good at what he does. We were having another service done at the same time, and he was accommodating. He went through and vacuumed, and then shampooed. He was able to get out some mysterious stains that had been present for three years. He is also able to clean rugs that are thinner--he takes them and professionally cleans them and returns them to you in 5-7 days. I'm very happy with our service. Great value and excellent service--most areas dry within two hours which is also a plus.

Marty was great today! Showed up 5 minutes ahead of schedule -- good start! We have an older carpet that had some awful high traffic areas. Marty vacuumed first and then went to work with his carpet cleaning machine and nice citrus-based cleaning liquid. He worked on the bad areas several times. Overall, the results were terrific.
Marty loves what he does, and it shows. He is friendly, easy to talk to -- a real professional. I would recommend him strongly to anyone needing a carpet cleaning!

Marty was very responsive and communicative. He was running a little behind but made sure to let me know (I'm sure it's because he made sure to get every spot). He was able to come over within a day but he worked with my schedule and came two days later. My cat had been sick and was urinating all over my couch and I contacted Marty after I cleaned it as best as so could. He was super knowledgeable, understanding, and not judgmental at all. He respected our house and things and i even witnessed him cutting strings off cushions. I will 100% reach out to him if I ever need my rugs, carpet

Marty did an excellent job getting our carpets and tile floor cleaned. He was very communicative and was right on time. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly and our carpets weren't super wet when he was done. They dried really quickly and looked much better. Would definitely recommend to others.

I needed my furniture cleaned because of a sick kitty and called Marty. He came quickly, didn't have to wait a week like some other companies wanted me to. He was knowledgeable, professional, fun to talk to. He knew his fabrics and how to clean them and was quick yet thorough.
He arrived when he said he would and finished in a reasonable time. My furniture looked like brand new!!!!
I would most definitely recommend him to others and call on him again if I needed him...
