I hired Carpet Pros to clean my carpet when moving out of my apartment in University Place in 2010. Mark was not only professional, but he was kind and friendly. He was honest about the condition of my carpet, which was in great condition, (the cleaning was required to complete the move-out checklist), and charged me accordingly. I’ve kept his card this entire time and called him again when in need of upholstery cleaning. Since I live in Seattle now, the service requested is out of his service area. I called Mark to inquire about carpet stretching and he was incredibly helpful and honest. He talked with me about options and actually suggested I shop for new carpet before deciding to stretch it. It’s not often that a business owner turns down business for “the right” reasons. I appreciate his candor and if I ever need anything in regard to my carpet needs, he will be the guy I call! I can't say how much these nice folks surprised me by their work ethics and honesty. First, I thought I had called a different company. Since they had showed up, I asked them to go ahead and clean he area which was supposed to be equal to their $99.00 special. My carpet had pet stains and was smelly. They did the job and at the pay time, they said it is free!!!! No matter how much I insisted, they said it is a free service cause I originally thought of some other service. They wanted me to try their service and call them again. Which I will, and I highly recommend them to all.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Carpet Pros and are very happy with how good they did. They took their time, were good at answering questions and were respectful.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a couple of spots that we had to ask the cleaner to go over again. He was responsive and took care of the spots without excuses or a bad attitude. It also seemed like it took a little longer than normal for the carpet to dry.
Overall...I'm happy with the service & price and plan on using them again next time we have our carpets cleaned.
