They did a absolute amazing job at cleaning my carpets ! I had stains from a liter of puppies I had , they removed all the stains and oder . Itsmells brand new ! Definitely calling them again

G was AMAZING! When I called on a Thursday morning I hung up before it went to VM but within seconds he called back apologizing for missing my call. He had room in his schedule THAT very day! He communicated well by phone letting me know when he exected to arrive. His well equipped vehicle fit in our parking space and he hauled in all the equipment into our condo professionally. He took his time cleaning all the carpet areas we requested and worked around furniture we hadn't moved. He was polite, for ex he asked nicely if he could use our sink before he left to wash his hands.

Perfectly clean months after cleaning. Hired them for living room carpet and huge tan couch. My 2 & 3 year old boys ruined the couch and carpet. I wish I had a before photo because it was so gross! He spent 45 min just cleaning the couch with huge ottoman and then did the carpet. No stains came back up. I will say drying time was more than 24 hrs with a fan but I just blocked off the room for two days because I wanted it completely dry before walking on it. Great customer service, good value, very happy with end result.

I called Gordon on a Sunday expecting to leave an message and got Gordon himself instead of a machine. I respected that and this told me that I called the right person. He scheduled me for the next day. He was really booked but he knew I had an immediate need and he made it work with his already busy schedule. He showed up on time and was very personable. I actually added some extras tasks not discussed on the phone and he worked it in as well. Gordon is a true professional and cares about what he does. I am so thankful I contacted Gordon at Aloha Carpet to take care of my whole house carpet cleaning. From the initial contact on Friday last week to today Wednesday - 3 hours, job very well done, below my quoted price and it looks amazing. Gordon was here promptly when he said he would be. Gordon Did an excellent job. Same day service, on time, reasonable pricing, stayed in communication with me, did a whole house for me that my family is moving into next week. I needed my dining room carpet cleaned and Thanksgiving was the next day. I had taken the day off getting things ready and I had actually called ChemPro and they could not do it same day.
