Function: The hot water extraction method (steam cleaning method) injects 240-degree water into the carpet through spray jets. The water is immediately recovered through a vacuum orifice as It's applied. The effect of this process can be compared to the rinse cycle of your washing machine. To facilitate cleaning, a strong detergent pre-spray is applied to the carpet prior to cleaning, and some level of agitation to the carpet is normally applied.

Our carpet cleaner (I think his name was Randy) was a very kind and professional gentleman. He did excellent work and had excellent customer service skills. Friendly and nice interactions, but focused on his work and professionalism. The carpets looked amazing after he was done!

Service was great. Randy was on time, efficient and friendly. He was able to totally clean a badly stained carpet - looks like new! Seemed a bit pricey at $300 for two bedrooms and a short hallway, but worth it!

J&M were easy to work with - responsive, punctual and professional. Both the scheduling/information rep and the service tech were friendly and articulate - clearly explaining the cost and services provided. Cesar, the service technician assigned to our job (cleaning basement carpet and staircase), was conscientious of our hardwood floors upstairs, very clean, professional and friendly! He explained the process thoroughly and walked me through the project using a UV flashlight to assess the condition of the carpet.

Jason was very prompt in communicating through Yelp which is great. Cesar came to clean, and he was very courteous and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which was awesome. He was very honest about what could and might not be accomplished which I definitely appreciate. Carpets were cleaned well! My roommate and I were able to schedule a last minute carpet cleaning service before our lease ended in literally 3 days. The service was maintained within the appointment window and it was very quick and done so with a mask (highly appreciated!). Our tech was Randy, who was very businesslike and friendly. We toured the house and he pointed out some issues, and afterward wrote up a complete quote prior to doing the cleaning.
I inspected his work and confirmed that he was very thorough, but also completed the cleaning in a timely manner. Multiple options were offered for making payment.
I would definitely recommend J&M to family and friends.

I called them to do one room in my rental. They looked at the stains, said no problem, then went to work. When I came back to check, the stains were still there and there was some new discolored areas. They also provided "before" and "after" photos, but the "after" photos conveniently didn't show the areas where the stains were still present.
I called and they told me that I would have to pay for the next step up service to get it fully cleaned. Apparently I had paid for a "basic" cleaning which was really just a surface cleaning I could've done

We got lucky that Jason the owner came on this trip. He and Caesar are very professional and hardworking. They cleaned every inch of our carpet with care. It was an easy breezy process. I was so happy I actually scheduled with Jason to clean another property of ours the following week!

Jason and crew did a great job on a grout cleaning in 3 bathrooms and a carpet cleaning. Fast and efficient job and Jason is a great, honest service provider. When the results on one of the bathrooms were not stellar, he did not hesitate to pull out the equipment again and make it right.

I was able to schedule a cleaning the second day after I call them. They arrived at my place on time and finished the cleaning in about half an hour. I am overall satisfied except for some remaining stains in the hallway. It's probably hard to clean using regular cleaning, which is understandable.
I would recommend this place for carpet maintenance since they are responsible and professional.

Wow, amazing! I can think of so many words to describe the service that I received. First time ever getting my carpet clean and the service is wonderful. I feel so knowledgeable about my carpet and how to keep them clean for the next 6 month. Even learn why they get dirty and how they will. Tech was professional, pleasant and prompt. The difference in the carpet was significant. But there were brown stains that did not come out that I got out later with folex and my Hoover steamvac. We also went over the entry way again with the Hoover and got even more dirt out. Photos included. P.S. I made the mistake of not doing a thorough walkthrough so didn't notice the remaining brown stains until after they left. If I had perhaps they could have removed them.
