I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. When they tented the home that we were purchasing in MAY they broke over 100 tiles on our roof. They should have repaired the roof before we moved in or shortly thereafter. We got the keys to the home June 1st. It is now almost SEPTEMBER and they finally came out a week ago (after me and the realtor calling and calling them for repair) and did HALF of the job and left. The rest of the tiles are sitting in our backyard and the roof is still not complete. This was a Saturday, they said they would call us on Monday and did not. I just called again and it

The owner of Powell is just a really great person. Totally trustworthy and honest. Never tries to convince you that you need a service that you don't. I am in real estate and have used his company many many times. They also do all types of wood repairs.I have used he and his team to tent my house for termites as well, and have him to my house monthly for pests control. Very satisfied 🙂👍

I am just blown away by the service we got from Powell Termite & Pest Control! My wife and I recently bought a house. A few months later, we noticed the telltale signs of termites coming from the molding of our backdoor.
