Twin Termite did inspection and treatment of our house as part of a sale and our purchase. They treated the facia board and joining beam, and said if any more show up that a more extensive treatment would be called for. Within the warranty period, we found extensive termite residue in the very same area, but extending over 6 feet from the original treated area. We had them come out to inspect and treat, and they did a superficial inspection, merely walking around the house and looking up at the facia boards. They treated the apparent affected area, from the outside, not opening any of the boards

They seemed great upon the original meet. Sprayed our house and that was that. We spoke to the office about the next visit. I was told they they would call a few days in advance and confirm a time, and then call before arriving on said day. They never called, they showed up on the wrong day without notice, and had to deny that visit. We have pets that must be secured for spraying in the house and keeping the dogs gone while all is complete. They apologized, said they would call to reschedule, and never called back.
