Janitor Jan is Omaha's go to house cleaner. A lot of times one person's sense of clean differs from another's. I make it a point to listen intently to my customers with each interaction to ensure all problem areas get the attention that they deserve and that the time you are paying for is being utilized to the best of my ability.
Over time, tile floors and surfaces lose their shine and luster. Scrubbing and mopping do not generally yield the results needed for a deep clean. Because grout is porous and absorbs all the dirt and debris on it, mopping only removes surface soil and not the embedded dirt that causes the grout to become dull.
We found Jan Allen on Yelp. We had family coming for a few days and needed the house cleaned better than we were doing. Jan agreed to come on a Saturday morning. Our house is medium size, but there are three bathrooms and lots of stuff to dust. One bathtub and the Master shower needed extra scrubbing.

Jan is amazing. She was able to come to my house to clean wity pretty short notice and did an amazing job. She is really detailed and cleans everything really carefully. She is a hard worker and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She is also super friendly and nice. I would highly highly recommend her.

Jan is nothing less than amazing. I'm very particular about my cleaning and find it difficult to find a cleaning service that will do what I consider a deep cleaning. I've never had anyone clean my home with such care and detail. She was very willing to take instructions from me on what products I wanted used and how I wanted an area cleaned. She understands how to care for high end furniture and accessories.
Jan was able to schedule me in on fairly late notice before Thanksgiving.
She is very professional and pleasant to work with.
