A few weeks ago, I called because I had cat urine stains in my carpet that no other carpet cleaner or enzyme product had been able to remove, and this was my final attempt to get rid of the odor before removing the carpet all together.
I'm SO glad I did! They were very friendly, upfront about the cost, and came when they were scheduled to. Best of all they actually got the smell out!!! If you've ever had cat urine problems you KNOW it can be a losing battle to get rid of once it's set in. I am astonished that they were able to do that, and my carpet never looked or smelled better. I had a carpet patch work done and it was incredible! You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Our pet had chewed a hole all the way to the floor and it was repaired perfectly. Cannot recommend higher for service, professionalism, and quality work done for a great price! If you need a carpet repair, look no further.

This company was amazing! They answered my call straight away, they came out the very next day. They weren't on time, but no biggie, I work from home so for me that doesn't matter much. This type of service, you can never tell exactly how long a job is going to take, and that can affect times the rest of the day. But Steve did an amazing job! The carpet in my apartment looks brand new again, my dog has been very sick recently, and he was able to pull all the smell and stains out leaving the carpet smelling awesome. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!!

I rented a house and needed to get the carpets clean upon move out per the lease. With a quick google search I stumbled across Action Flooring & Carpet Cleaning, and chose them due to their high rating. Now this was a house full of college kids so you can imaging what the carpets looked like after a year... Wes and his team did a fantastic job! The carpet looked new. They were polite and professional. I’ll definitely be going with Action next time I need a carpet cleaned!

I called Action Flooring because we had some water get on carpet in our basement after a sewer backup, and they were able to come over and inspect the situation within an hour. We thought we were going to have to tear up and replace all the carpet, but they said because the flooring in our basement is commercial grade and has no padding, we just need to wet-vac it, dry it out with a dehumidifier and fans, spray antimicrobial stuff on it, and then have the carpets cleaned in a week. I'm so relieved Action Flooring didn't try to sell us expensive things we don't actually need! Honest with great customer
