This company is okay. They have quality blinds and cheap prices. The hours are now from Tuesday through Friday 10-530. Sat by apt only and closed Sunday and Monday. But if they tell you they are going to have your blinds done one day, don't count on it. We drove all the way to Joplin on Tuesday because they said they'd be ready Tuesday. When we go there, they we're confused and said we could take 4 of the 24 home. We had to wait another day. Time is money for us and that put us a day late on our rental home. Update: we had to bring back four blinds because they messed up the measurements

We just had some new blinds installed at our house. We had a wooden blind installed in our bedroom and it is the wrong color. This is probably our fault. The blind installed in the spare bedroom was the wrong one, will not close completely. We brought this to the installers attention. He called the store to tell them of the problem and get a new blind ordered for a replacement. We were told they could not replace it. The plastic container it came in had previously been opened and was yellowish, "OLD STOCK". This was a $15.00 blind. The wife and I were going to order 2 wooden

I called Mister C's for a custom blind quote and was given the run around twice. When I finally got a quote, it was a lot higher than I expected and I found the same thing online for less than half the price I was quoted. It could be a one time fluke but I'd be pretty hesitant to do business with Mister C's in the future unless it was a last resort and beat the competition somehow.
