They did not help me at all, just sent my email comments directly to the company I had issues with, --back and forth between me and company. NO HELP AT ALL. I had pictures dated and texts dated between me and company- you think that would help my case--- just a dueling match between the company I was complaining about and me.------after me writing this , you will see that BBB wrote a comment stating this is still open- this is not the case--- this is a copy of part the email I received from them- (Unfortunately, the BBB cannot pursue the matter further. This complaint case is now considered closed

Spoke with them about my situation. They were not able to do anything directly about my situation however they did make some suggestions on how I could eliminate the problem. Pleased!

These people are great. A job was trying to screw over my husband from getting his paycheck making us wait a whole month, I contacted the BBB and maid a report and we got his check that same week.

I was having trouble getting a resolution on getting my Whirlpool washer that was under warranty, repaired. After a few weeks of the company being non-responsive to my issue, I turned to the BBB. Within a week of my report, I was contacted by a Whirlpool escalation team member. They agreed to replace my washing machine. Without the help of the BBB, who knows how long the process would have taken. Thanks BBB, I appreciate the help.

The BBb is friendly they closed my complaint just because York Creek apartments did not answer the message, after signing a contract with that company land & corporation (Yorkcreek) we lost money and all our personal things after finding cockroaches on the second day of moving, besides chemicals, to ward off the cockroaches traps etc. .. Nobody wants and can help us, we have already been everywhere! I have a 5-year-old son and I have health problems and nobody cares about that special my 5-year-old baby!

They do not vet the sub contractors used by the companies they accredited. Not cool at all. Our renovation has turned into a massive nightmare now with attorneys, insurance people involved. The contractor had a A+ rating with all of the workers being horrible sub contractors. Ugh… don’t trust the bbb apparently. Lesson learned.

I was so glad that I had the Better Business Bureau to turn to when I knew I was right but the company would just not listen to me. They had me going in circle for almost a year. I had paid 2 accounts with 1 check and I never would have thought that they were not going to apply it to the other account I owed. It just didn't make sense to me? The company in which I can't name here, was just trying to pull a fast one on me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by supplying all the paperwork that I had from e-mails to faxes that they had just ignored. Dates, times and persons whom I had spoken to

I had a problem with a booking agency and a hotel that would not respond to my complaint. When I made my complaint to the BBB I got an immediate response from the booking company and they contacted the hotel and I got a refund that day, just a few days after I made my complaint. I tell others to stop beating a dead horse and contact the BBB if they want someone to stand behind them and get action on the matter.

These guys are the best!!! After Accurate Engines would not answer my phone calls and had thousands of my dollars that they owed me, I thought I would try the Michigan BBB, expecting to get the usual run-around. They took the bull by the horns, wrestled it to the ground and got my money back. Thank God these guys exist, or I would have been tied up in the courts forever trying to get my money back. BTW, do NOT use Accurate Engines for anything!!!! They are a rip-off. If you don't believe me, check them out on YELP and other sites. I only went with them, as they were recommended by a friend. HUGE

Horrible experience. Used this company for a few years. Last two times have been dreadful. This time they were out to wash windows, house and roof. NONE of my windows are clean. After they left I called and emailed. They came back and redid one window...Actually looks worse. I sent an email asking that they send someone other than the gentleman who was out cleaning. I wanted another partner/owner to see this work. He wouldnt send anyone else. I sent pics of the windows, pics of the debris on the roof, pics of my dirty logs. (Log home and you can see all the dust on several of the walls. Excuses

I used this company for a few years and the job was acceptable. However, this year it was terrible. The window cleaning was good but the gutters were not cleaned out and the screens were not done even though those services were paid for. We ended up having to clean out the gutters, screens, and window sills our selves after the job was done and paid for. I tried to contact Dr Windows several times with emails and also a phone call with no return to any of them.

I used them for several years and they did a fine job. This year, however, the guy was in a big hurry and he bent some of my brand new screens. I got an emailed receipt from the owner stating "if you notice anything at all over the next several days concerning the work we did, no matter how small the issue may be, please email me immediately." That is a direct quote. I did that several times and sent pictures over the next few weeks and got absolutely NO response. Nor did they answer or return several phone calls. To not even have the courtesy to respond is inexcusable. I have
