They showed up 50 minutes late and didn't call ahead. When they finished our windows were streaky. They didn't even touch our tracks, there were spider webs and dirt hanging over the glass. Screens were damaged, very careless. The outside guy poked holes in five of our brand new screens! When I brought this up the crew leader said don't bother reporting it because the owner "refuses to pay for damages". The owner was very rude to me, (Of course I called anyway, wouldn't you? IF they had been nice to me at least, I might have just let the whole thing go. I get that anyone can have a bad day, but

After several disappointing experiences, I was/am looking for a window washing service that checked all the boxes, one that had real star quality. I found that and more in Vista Cleaning Solutions. Not only very conscientious but extremely courteous and personable, a pleasure to have in my home. I'll be sticking with Vista from now on and would definitely recommend to anyone.
