I bought a 2004 Kia Sorrento from this location, when I checked out the car there were no check engine lights on, I paid about $3200 for this vehicle. Once I got home which was about 30 minutes away the check engine light comes on, and the car does not pass emissions. I contacted Austin multiple times to try to get the vehicle fixed, he referred me to his mechanic George. For about two months Austin and George gave me the runaround, oh I gave my car to George at least five different occasions over two months fixing spark plugs, and unknown gaskets. They also got my emissions passed by paying someone

Austin was fantastic ! It was s a pleasure doing business with him. We traveled 3 hrs for a vehicle in… Attlanta that fell through. We found Austin at the last minute and it appeared he had what we were looking for, so we called, and he chose to stay late so we could drive another 1.5 hrs. justm to look & test drive this vehicle.... .WOW! It was what we were looking for. in TN, NC, SC, etc and couldn't find in decent condition at a fair price. We had to have a specific vehicle because our other business vehicle unexpectedly died. Ausstin , thank you man for your superior service. ❤

THE WORST! Bought a used car from them not even 2 weeks later I have had to make countless repairs. I have spent over $1000 so far and repairs are not complete! They advertise FALSELY that they offer a 90 day warranty on all cars they sale....scammers!

Austin was a great sales person. He showed us the vehicle and gave us the information without pressing us. He even fulfilled a special request to make the sale. Good price on cars, trucks and SUV’s.
