If you are in the market for a car you really need to go to Cole's. The honesty and integrity displayed today while I was helping a family member find a car was a true breath of fresh air. I was amazed at the treatment we were given by Zach. My sister in law left with a vehicle and we knew he had been totally honest with us, even when telling us things we didn't want to hear. I have never met a more honest and generous man in my life. My daughter and son in law bought their Ford Explorer SUV here after looking and shopping at numerous places. I purchased my Son's first car from Tim Cole several years back and never wrote a review. After staying in touch with the Cole's last few years and coming back for advice on cars, I felt compelled to express my gratitude for the Cole's. Even though I grew up in Georgia, I was away in the military for 30 years. Upon returning I was looking for a local trustworthy and honest dealership. We had a wonderful experience. Test drove several cars and checked prices other places. We came back here to purchase, and I am so glad we did. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, respectful of your time and needs, and they are not like your typical used car sales teams at all. I am loving the car we purchased, and it was a straight forward trade in process as well.

I have purchased 6 vehicles and refereed many other to Cole's from their time in Lilbun to their sharp new showroom in Monroe. The entire Cole family makes being a customer easy and special. Just had a my wife's brakes done and her leather seat fixed (on her Solara convertible) we bought 2 years ago. Even if you don't buy from them you should make the trip o at least chedck out their website.at Coles Automotive Group. Great place for primary, secondary, and student vehicles. safe, clean, and great condition.
