I Personally haven't had any issues with the Place. Took My Gf Mikela there 2 months ago and helped her by Paying half the Down payment on a car that broke down like 2 weeks afterwards and took forever to resolve issue and get her in another vehicle and then Another . So far , it has been decent.....

After they've got you on high interest rates, because you needed a vehicle- this company takes full advantage of its position as slumlord dealership. They are the worst with customer support. When you're only trying to make a payment, for your convenience they ask you 4 questions, then tell you they're attempting to collect a debt. Why not just ask for my last 4 and my name? Instead they go through their entire bs monologue. The worst part is you were bumped off auto-pay for switching banks, but the software won't just update your bank information. Don't you ever ever ever do not ever buy a vehicle from us autos. at first i swore by them, it has't even been a year yet and i can say they are the worst dealership i have ever dealt with in my life. they do not honor their referral fee program at all!! my wife filled out a form for the referral fee when i purchased the vehicle and she never received it. we went there and asked about it several times and they claim that they never had the form on file!

Horrible company that should be charged with usary. They will help you get into a car, no doubt. But the aftermath of dealing with them is a nightmare. First off, they do not honor their promise regarding the referral fee. I referred my son who has had his vehicle with them for 2 years. I never received the referral fee. Now I feel bad for referring my son as he now has to deal with their horrible service. Second, I made all of my payments for two years. During the pandemic I was late one week. I've been doing business with U.S Auto sales for almost 10 years! I've financed 2 cars through them. Paid off 1 completely! And the 1 now will be paid off in 10 months. I've never been more than 5 days late!
The past month has been unusually difficult with it being a new year, right after Christmas, work has been slow, I've been very sick and had some unexpected expenses come up. Life happens, right! Not to U.S auto sales! They would not give me 1 extra day to pay my bill! Are kidding!? My car would be disabled on Thursday if I didn't make the payment. I get paid Friday

I absolutely HATE this company. I wish I didnt need this vehicle right now or I would return it. If you are car shopping and not rich, stay away from this place. I have easily given them 10k for a 2016 Altima and im not done yet. The customer service has very low knowledge and the "supervisors" have the empathy of Satan himself. I went here because I needed a vehicle with no hassle or the difficult process that comes along with purchasing a vehicle. My daughter and son purchased a vehicle from here so I was going by their experience. To my surprise the process was easy, fast, and no hassle at all. My sales person Chris Bridges was very patient and professional!!!!!!! He wasn't pushy nor did he rush me. He let me test drive the vehicles I was interested in. Purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 on 10/14/2017. Was forced to purchase a service contract along with the vehicle for over $3000 extra. Within 60 days there was a knocking/chunking sound and feel to the steering, it's not covered. Within 90 days the power steering is failing completely, it's not covered. Today I've been on the phone talking to 4 different people (I'm on hold for a 5th right now) trying to get the vehicle fixed, and they've agreed to tow the car into the dealership for free. Purchased an overpriced vehicle from them a year ago and went to trade it as it no longer suited my needs was just to large for me to justify
Offered me 1/2 of what I gave them not to mention what I paid down and already what I put into it
Just overall bad experience so buyer beware
Walk into their office and see what feeling you get !
Make sure you can shower afterwards these people are a slimy bunch

I've waited a long time to write this review. I purchased my 2005 Ford Freestar from them in 2012. My other vehicle was beyond repair and we needed a new car. Our credit is good however with the amount of money we had to spend was not enough to go to a "real" dealer. The car was overpriced by a tremendous amount however we didn't find this out till after the fact (did some online search on prices). We also didn't find out till we were in the room signing the contract that the pass time device has been installed on our car. At that moment I was ready to back out however
