Never have I been anywhere and been asked to show money before receiving service or being able to get answers to questions. I felt extremely violated and judged. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff Steve and Dan. Rude is an understatement. Don’t get mixed up with these scammers. They pretend not to know what’s wrong with the vehicles to rope you into an overpriced contract.

If I can give 0 stars, I will. I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Credit Now. I have been a returning customer. Due to COVID, I lost my job. I drove the car back and returned it. 1 month later, Tex Cap Financial still harasses me and forcing me to continue paying $16,000 for a car I no longer have. I have worked with Steve, Dan and one other guy and they were the rudest people when I was explaining the situation. They were very rude and I want them to tell Tex Cap Financial to stop calling me and tell them I returned the car. They refuse to help me. I am very close to hiring an attorney to

Please note that this is a USED car dealer. Customer service is great. Straight forward... to the point. If you are looking for a new car, with no issues, this is not the place for you. If you have credit issues, and are looking for a car to get by, then you found the right place. Had a few dings in my credit but had no problems securing a fairly new car. They will go above and beyond for you if you allow them to.

I had a great car buying experience. Steve, salesman:super nice, knowledgeable, and honest. Also,the finance man made things very simple. My car buying process including test drive, application, and signing paper work was under a hour and a half. I'm thrilled and my used car is doing fine. Go check them out!
