So thankful for the crew at Casey Jackson Ford that made my deal happen on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The staff was always great with my boxer that I brought along for the test drive. We got to the dealership at 4 and drove out with the new jeep at 630. They were gracious in staying late as well although I offered to come back the next day. It's nice when a dealership makes you feel like family. A sincere thanks to Jeff Fincher and all the staff there!

I had such a great experience. Very friendly and helpful right from the beginning! Let's just say they were amazing compared to my other experience with Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. Casey Jackson had way better customer service. We were treated like family and not pressured into something. And to top it off we got a full tank of gas a free car wash and a cleaning kit for the car. Now that's how things should be! I'm pleased with my purchase and If I could take things back I would of never went to Rick Hendricks the first time and would of went here. Sometimes buying local is the best thing.

We came to Casey jackson Ford to trade our 2018's for newer and bigger vehicles after receiving a message about the upside down trade off special. We were met by Tim Watson and IMMEDIATELY SOLD! I went in to test drive a vehicle. After the test drive, I started smelling burning oil. When we opened the hood, the salesman tried to tell me that when they changed the oil, it had spilled (and pointed to the oil dip stick area), problem #1. Problem #2: The salesman told me that they were going to get it into their shop and he would let me know when it was fixed or if they were going to try to fix it. I was gone for a week and didn't hear from him. Problem #3: When I came back from vacation, the car was still sitting on the sales lot, so I called, and the next salesman told me the same thing

My husband and I bought a truck on Monday October 18, 2021. The buying experience at the dealership was best we ever had in buying a vehicle. Ryan the sales person was amazing and so friendly. The manager with the extra mile so we could buy our truck and we appreciated it greatly. We will go to them if we every need another vehicle. They are 5 Stars in all they do for you. I visited Casey Jackson Ford today to help my grandson find a good used car.
Having already bought a Ford Ranger 2 years ago with the help of Megan Keith I called her one day and three days later she had found my grandson the perfect car. And she found a better financial service so that he was able to afford a much newer, better car for about the same money each month.
I also took my own car, a 2013 Escape, in today for their service department to find what caused a tire pressure sensor light to come on. I had taken it to another dealership and they had spent 3 hours on it, only to tell me they

My 83 yr old mom was in an accident that totaled her car she’d had over 20 years. Fortunately, she survived the accident, however, being her age, it really took a toll on her emotionally. Best Ford dealership in the state of Georgia and I have been to several. Someone will greet you as soon as you get out of your car. Their sales force is awesome and never pressures you to buy a car. The service department scheduled my car for service in a timely manner and had no problem with me asking them to check extra things on my car at that visit. Super place. They should be the poster child for all Ford dealerships across the US.

Bought a used car with under 50,000 miles and they took in my beater at a reasonable price! Staff was super friendly, not pushy and never got pressured to make a purchase.
