I highly recommend Integrity Automatic Gates. I was having consistent issues with the automatic gate. I called several companies to diagnose, fix or replace with a new unit. Great service, very responsive and professional. The receiver for our automatic gate quit on us and Tom came out right away to help us get it working. He communicated really well to explain the issue and our options. He even checked out the full unit and gave the chain some fresh oil. Would definitely use, again!

Called initially to see if they could repair our Mighty Mule automatic gate that we had been having trouble with since we had moved into our ranch. Instead, we had them install a Liftmaster arm and metal gate since we learned about all the issues with Mighty Mule. Their prices and service were comparable to others and the issues that they pointed out we had seen with Mighty Mule so we didn't feel as though they were simply trying to sell us on something. Everything works great so far and the gate seems solid.

Called on Sunday over Labor Day weekend. Tom from Integrity (also an aspiring musician) came out on Labor Day! Tom was extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my gate quickly and fixed it without issue. He also offered great advice on gate maintenance. Highly recommend.

We were having some issues with the automatic gate for our business and called Integrity Automatic Gates for solutions. Tom was quick to respond and come out to help us troubleshoot our problems. He installed a larger solar panel to keep the battery charged, and installed a keyed switch so we could keep the gate open during the day for customers and use keypad entry at night for security. He walked me through everything before leaving and even responded to me the following week when I had more questions.

I needed my manual gate transformed to be automatic so that I didn’t have to get out of car to open/close every time I enter/leave driveway—in addition to added security. Tal delivered
exceptional work with strong craftsmanship that I’m sure will last a long time. He even fixed another piece of my gate that didn’t have to go with the lock for safety. Highly recommend!! I called a bunch of gate companies and Tom returned my call within an hour and came by the same day to look at our issue. He worked with us on price, followed-up, and the installation/repair was done beautifully much sooner than we ever thought it could be. It even opens with our phone now! Tom is so great to work with and we give him and Integrity Automatic Gates our highest recommendation!
