I have used Capital City Gates twice - once for installing a wrought iron fence and again for servicing an existing privacy gate. On both occasions, the service was outstanding and the price quoted was very reasonable. Matt was amazing in servicing our privacy gate - he expertly diagnosed a bad battery, replacing it and updating the overall security of the gate and its components. Most importantly, he took the time to thoroughly test the operation of the gate upon completion of the repair to ensure that it was operating as it should and to my satisfaction. I have two solar gates on my ranch in Spicewood, Texas. Over a year ago one of the gates would not operate properly! I called Capital Gates around 8:00 AM for a repair. Around 11:00 AM Matt, from Capital Gates who was in the Spicewood area, came by and fixed multiple thing that needed adjusting on the gate. Within thirty minutes I was up and running again. Last week the arm on the gate was not working because it was bent to a point would not close properly. Matt came out the next day and ordered the Titan Arm for the Apollo Gate. I had the good fortune of using Capital City Gates when the original contractor that I hired could not do the job right. In fact, my original install was a mess, totally installed wrong, and would not function properly. So, I contacted Matthew Weiler with Capital City Gates. Basically, Matt had to do a total reinstallation of the gate, solar panel, and controller arm. Needless to say, Matt installed it right! The automatic gate works perfectly, and all is great. We contracted Capital City Gates to fix our aging property gate and installed a new electric gate opening system. Matt, our tech, was professional and prompt. Within 1 day of calling, he was onsite giving us an estimate, and installing the very next day. This company went above and beyond accommodating our needs! We needed an electric gate installed quickly due to our llamas figuring out that they could jump the cattle guard after 15 years. We had Capital City Gates totally redesign our wrought iron hand rail leading up the steps of our porch. The service rep was very cordial, helpful, and worked with us to help us design our vision. Capital City was quick to come out and look at my Roboslide gate opener and fixed it on the first visit. Matthew also provided helpful recommendations on things to keep an eye on with an aging system as well as useful suggestions for maintenance options to extend the life of our system.
