We ordered a Pella front door through Gino Novelli. Prior to ordering, we had Gino and our general contractor talk to one another to confirm that all measurements were correct. Based on their discussion, they had decided to downsize from 14" sidelights to 12" sidelights in order to fit properly in the frame. Once the door was received, the door was sent with 14" sidelights, which would not fit properly in the frame. After contacting Gino, he was extremely defensive, rude and inappropriate. Refusing to discuss the issue and make it right, he actually hung up on me, and did not answer any future
