Royalty Windows just installed 15 Marvin fiberglass replacement windows in our house. Very impressed with everything from these guys. I had spoken to a few window/door companies before Royalty glad I found them. The price was right, easy to work with, very professional, the windows are beautiful and most importantly the installation looks absolutely perfect inside and out. Their installers obviously have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. I'd use them again without a doubt.

My experience with this company is 100% positive. My windows were installed this week and they are beautiful. All of the people I dealt with were great to work with. The product is excellent and the installment went very smoothly. The price was very reasonable. The installers kept disruption at my house to a minimum and cleaned up so well that you could never tell that a major job took place. The windows were ready and installed exactly when they were promised, which is very rare since the pandemic. I have already had a property owner in my neighborhood knock on my door to ask where I got the windows

We chose Royalty earlier this year over several bids (theirs was the second-lowest) and are very happy with the outcome. We worked with Patrick, co-owner of this family-run firm, and he was professional and responsive throughout. The installation crew was highly experienced, quick, and professional. Since this was a big and complex job (installing 20 Marvin windows on a high floor in a vintage mid-rise), there were inevitably a few complications, all of which were resolved fairly and to a high standard.

They had a competitive price on Marvin windows but the installation was horrible. They scratched my floor and damaged drywall returns. On installation they realized they needed to add framing and poorly installed unfinished pine quarter rounds which looked horrible (see photo). After multiple attempts at getting them to respond to correct the damage they ultimately sent me $150 for me to paint/stain the unfinished quarter rounds myself and apparently to fix the drywall damage. The window frames were a scratched in several places and no correction was offered.

I needed a sliding window replaced in the living room and their technician performed the job very well. The work was supposed to be completed within 2 hours but he did it really very soon. Royalty was the 3rd company I had come out for a window replacement estimate. The salesman did a good job explaining the different types of window brands that they offered without a sales pitch. I really appreciated the no-pressure environment. My wife and I finally decided to go with the Marvin windows.
