We repair refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, and ice-machines, by all major brands. Our technicians are highly experienced and, if you repair requires parts, carry a wide variety of parts on their trucks. I was able to get a same day appointment even though I told them it wasn't urgent (I have four other burners). I screwed up and missed their visit at the scheduled time. I call and apologized profusely and he came back out the following day. My experience was straight forward from scheduling to service.

I have used this company once before and their service was professional. The problem was found and corrected. Walter was very honest and helpful. This is what had me come back when another problem with our washer was noticed. Once again, Walter was professional and found the problem quickly. He was very honest and direct that the cost to repair was about the same as replacing with new. Would not hesitate to call them again for any of our appliance repair needs. Search no further.

We had Walter from Express Appliance Service repair our old Montgomery Ward refrigerator a few years ago, still running strong, and to repair our spare Samsung refrigerator this summer, and most recently our dishwasher that just went out of warranty. Every time call, Walter was able to come out the next day, he is very professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs

They give appointments very late . In my case more than a week , just to come and see . The fridge was not cooling !! Finally they came , but did not repair properly . Had to be recalled but they missed the appointment, which they gave after a week . So now we are without a working fridge for more than 2 weeks !!!

The BEST repair technician! My Whirlpool Duet front load washer wasn't completing a cycle, having kids this is an emergency! I had a repair technician at my house within the hour. The technician assessed the problem and promised to have it ordered and fixed with in 24 hours. Sure enough the next day my washer was fixed. This was a honest repair technician and his work was fast and through! I highly recommend Express Appliance Service!

My dryer lost heat and I thought I would have to buy a new one. I called Walter on a recommendation. He offers the most reasonable service call price and he listened to my analysis and gave me an estimate. He made an appointment fir the next day, after offering a same day appointment. He was prompt, he diagnosed and fixed my dryer with a part he brought with him and he was done in 25 minutes. He was also within the estimate he provided. I couldn't recommend him any more! I will call him again for appliance repairs.

This is the second time I called Walter of this company, first time to repair a broken dishwasher rack and this morning to fix a self-cleaning oven that wouldn't open and had no power after self-cleaning. Yesterday an electrician was at my house, who checked that power was going to the unit (he had removed the circuit breaker panel). So I called Walter at Express Appliance Service today. Walter was able to open and pull out the over. He found two fuses that had failed and had the parts already in his truck to replace them.

Walt responded quickly to my request on having an issue with my fridge. Both the freezer and fridge was down and I had to resort to putting my food into a cooler. Within the same day that I had called, he had scheduled me in last minute and allowed me to choose a time that I was available, knowing how urgent it was to have a fridge up and running to prevent food spoilage. Mike came out to fix our AC/Air. He looked at the unit and felt it with his hand said nothing was wrong and charged me a $65 service call. That night my ac stopped working and I called someone else the next morning. The new company within two minutes hooked up the their pressure gauges to my unit and saw it had zero freon. I asked how long it takes for it to run out and they told me it must have been running low for over a few days. Express Appliance Service should never have calmed they're an AC/Air company if they don't even have the correct tools to check or fix Air conditioners

I really don't like writing bad reviews. I normally just never do business with them again, but I think everyone needs to know what they're in for with Express Appliance Service. My dryer belt broke so I called them on a Wednesday or Thursday to make an appointment for the following Monday (my only day off). Since it is my only day off I made sure the guy on the phone knew I had a Kenmore stackable, and that I had pulled the panels off and it was a belt that was broken. Walter arrived promptly and I showed him the dryer and the broken belt. He told me he could come back tomorrow

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Walter! If he is an example of the staff at Express Appliance Service then use this company for all your appliance needs. He arrived on time, asked many questions to get to the route of the refrigerator problems, and gave a time estimate on ordering parts. He then called to confirm the parts were available, and called again when he picked them up to confirm another appointment so the refrigerator would be back up and running quickly. He was an absolute gem.
