What do Amazon, Apple, Disney, Google, Harley Davidson, and Capitol Fire Protection have in common? They were all started in garages! Ours was a single-car garage in Loudon, NH in 1963. Hard work paid off and led to construction of our longtime and current location on North Village Road in Loudon. At the time, that was on the highway.
Once installed, quality service becomes critically important for the life of a sprinkler system. Regular maintenance helps to ensure proper condition and operation of fire protection equipment. Capitol Fire Protection Co., Inc. works with clients throughout NH, Southern ME, VT, and Northern MA to keep their systems in service and in compliance.
The minimum requirements for inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems are described in the NFPA standard, NFPA 25: Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems. NFPA 25 calls for periodic inspection of sprinkler systems, essentially to address the operating condition of the system and its components.
The water supply is essential to a fire sprinkler system. When a system includes a fire pump to supply that water, the pump and related equipment must be kept at the ready to be called into service at any time. NFPA 25 calls for an annual (minimum) flow test of each fire pump to ensure operation upon demand and continuous delivery of the required system water output.
For dry pipe sprinkler systems, NFPA 25 calls for each dry pipe valve to be tripped annually (at a minimum) during warm weather. Capitol Fire Protection's routine NFPA 25 sprinkler system inspection of a dry pipe system includes a trip test of the dry pipe valve with the control valve partially open (called a "partial trip") which meets the requirement for the first 2 out of 3 years.

Luis the contractor who does my inspections is always so informative and reliable. Recently I had an emergency with an ball valve on my main drain not holding and Diego saved the day. Diego was at my building within the hour and replaced the valve with a brand new one. Diego also answered every single question I had for him (I asked ALOT of questions) and even taught me a few things. His work is top notch and wouldn’t want anyone else in my building.

We had a scheduled service call to replace a 4 inch flow switch. Kevin and Adaim arrived on site early and were eager to complete the task. They were knowledgeable efficient polite and very clean. The task was completed so fast and they left the location cleaner then they found it. I am very impressed with their work and efficiency. They both went above and beyond.

Capital sprinkler is a very reliable company. They are well organized and in the event have an inspection they are readily available with anything you will need to be in compliance. Their Rep Michael and Brian are amazing guys and they always make sure our documents etc are up to date. And the manager Isa as well. Great company to work with.

Capitol Fire Sprinkler has been servicing and maintaining the sprinkler system in City Point, a retail center in Downtown Brooklyn since the building has opened in 2015. They have always been punctual and quick to respond to service calls. The service tech, Juan, assigned to our building is very knowledgeable and thorough when checking our system. I foresee us continuing our professional relationship with them for years to come.
