I hired this guy to clean my hood for my business. He was on time showed up and cleaned the hood half way. It was only cleaned in visible areas. Nothing was touched in the duct area. Nothing in the shaft was cleaned. I wasnt aware it was left like this until I had fire protection inspector tellIng me 2 weeks later that it wasnt cleaned properly to code and it was a major fire hazard. 1 day after my my hood motor stopped working because of all grease build up. I called the owner comes in and looks at the work he did and says “ im not suppose to clean that for the $300 i charged you” i asked
