Called and had them come out for an estimate, the estimator Bob was 2.5hrs late and only called after an hour after the appointment to let me know he didn't know when he would be here. After spending 15 mins walking around he told me he would send me an estimate the next week, I had to call the main office 2x to have them send it to me a month later.. The estimate was for 1/2 of a fence for a 0.25 acre lot, I asked for cheap vinyl.. The estimate came back for $14,000. I had 2 other estimates come in under $7,000 and one less than $5,000. I am not a "let me speak to the manager" type. Which is in large part why this is my very first Yelp type review. I'm also not a general contractor or a board certified fence surgeon. I'm just a homeowner who has witnessed a fence or two go up, has dug a post hole once and has very few demands and expectations from fencing, and the installation thereof.

I wanted a fence that kept my dog in the yard and looked better than the travesty we inherited when we bought our home six years ago. Neither of those are tall orders, really, given the previous fence looked like the scene

Suffice to say I would avoid at all cost. My wife contacted them to get an estimate. They took approximately one month to perform that. The guy showed up late, promised a quote and never delivered. My wife pinged him again for a quote, was told she would get it that day, then nothing.

If this is how they act BEFORE getting your $$, I can only imagine what a disaster it would be to actually hire them.

Called early December 2020 for a repair estimate. Guy never showed up. Called them and they said they needed confirm before they send someone over even though we had already confirmed the date the estimator would arrive a week prior.
We are now almost 2 months later and still no estimate. I've called numerous times and left emails. Each person who answers tells me they will get me the estimate which I never get. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXTREMLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly employees. I had been looking for a custom wooden driveway gate to keep my dogs and daughter in the backyard and struggled to find what I was looking for. Options were either vinyl or in wood local places told me to cut up a fence panel to make it or get a steel reinforced gate ($3k+). We waited 5 months for our fence. Orange Fence had problems with getting supplies due to Covid-19. This is understandable, but you can’t blame Covid for bad customer service.
No one called nor returned our calls to keep us updated on the status of when the fence would be installed. Even after they cashed our deposit check, immediately, we heard nothing. It was although they left town with our money! I saw on their website that they offer fence repair service, so I called asking about a repair to a privacy fence. I was told that they only repair fences that they have installed, so what good is that? Why even say that you repair fences. This is like a garage publicly stating that they service cars, but when you bring your car in, they tell you that they only service cars they sell. Poor customer service! They were scheduled to come give a quote.... Said they would call in the am to give me a time that they would be here... no call. I called to see why they didn't call and the woman on the phone backtracked and basically told me that the man, Bob, who does the quotes doesn't work until afternoon and why would I say he's coming in the morning..because that's what he told me!! Immediately after hanging up, who do I get a phone call from? Yep! Bob - pretending he's has no idea what I'm talking about. He was probably sitting right next to the receptionist

I Hired Orange Fence Co to Install a 5 Foot Stockade Fence in my yard . The Men that installed it did a Awesome Job. They removed the Old Fence, Removed the old material from my Property, Installed the New Fence in No Time at All . These men were Professional & Polite . I couldn’t believe how Nice of a Job they did . One of them even took my 90 year old Mother’s groceries in the house for Her !!!! Now.. How’s Yhat For Service !!! Great Job Orange Fence ... Thanks .. I scheduled an appointment to have my fence re-installed. Someone came out right away to measure. That was a month ago. I was told I would have a quote right away but no one will install for at least 8 weeks.
Hellooo I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I guess if they ignore you then that means they don't want the job. Be professional and call me back!!!!!!!!

I recently had a fence installed at my home in Orange and found this company to be both professional and courteous. My experience at Orange Fence was with Brian who came to my home, took measurements and finalized the project. He answered all my questions during his visit and all subsequent questions whenever I called him. He returned all my calls immediately with answers. When his crew arrived, as scheduled, they put up our fence with great pride and professionalism making certain that we were pleased with their work. Excellent experience. The owner responded promptly when we contacted them and provided us with a very competitive quote (based on our research). His team did a superb installation job. Ours was not the most complex project which they will undertake this decade, but they really delivered. We had a couple of requests following installation, to which they responded promptly and professionally. We will reach out to them first whenever we have another need for fence design and installation.

I cannot say enough about Orange Fence. We had them install our pool fence last fall. We fenced in a large portion of our yard including the area under the deck. They knew exactly what fencing was needed to be in compliance with all of our local zoning. They ordered the fence, it came in exactly when they said it would and was installed without a hitch. This spring I needed them to take down a portion of the fence including the gate for the landscapers.
