I must say, my experience with this company was very pleasant. My contractor, also family member, I asked him to get my fence repaired that was just installed and started leaning literally months from installation. when they did, they realized and found out this company is the only one that carried it. He contacted them, they not only ordered it, they installed it. When they came to inspect the finished product, the person who inspected needless to say was not pleased and I didnt have to say a word. They told my contactor they needed to order new fence, which they did and needed two weeks for it

We gave a significant deposit in early September, and then never heard anything for months. In December, when the ground was frozen, they all of a sudden showed up and were very eager to collect the remainder of their contract before the holidays. They promised to come back in the spring to finish the staining, and as of June they have been unresponsive. When we finally got Joe on the phone he spoke in a threatening tone and threatened to send "COVID sick workers" over to our property to complete the work. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

Agree with other reviewer about new owner Joe who is slick talking salesmen but does dishonest stuff once you have the contract done. Their lack of communication is terrible and if you dare question them, they attack you. Not impressed with quality of work and their prices are high. I would not hire them again.
