Darrel and Lonnie Ford own and operate Atlas Foundation Company, Inc. Darrel's wife, Christy, is the Office Manager overseeing many daily operations. The Company was started in 1958 by their grandparents. Darrel and Lonnie's parents took over in 1978 and retired in 1995. In November of 1980, Lonnie and Darrel began working with their father, Glenn Ford.
This part of Texas is notorious for foundation movement and problems due to high clay soil content and extreme moisture conditions. Foundation problems include sinking foundations, cracked or buckling walls, brick cracks, doors sticking and uneven floors. We offer the following services to help meet all of your foundation repair needs.
Darrel came to work on a crew at Atlas in 1980. He later became a job foreman before taking over the company as a Co-owner when his dad retired in 1995. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, playing soccer, Cross fitting and spending time with his family. Lonnie Ford, the younger brother of Darrel came to work on a crew at Atlas in 1980.

I highly recommend Atlas Foundation Co, they did an awesome job fixing my house.
1- I got estimates from few foundation companies, the prices were almost the same, but Atlas Foundation’s scope of work made the most sense to me (I have a engineering background).
2- Lonnie who is one of the owners came to the house and took measurements, he informed me his father established this company.
3- I posted on social media asking for other people’s opinions on Atlas and everyone spoke highly of them.
4- Their office staff were very professional and worked with me, even held my check for few days

Owner Darrell Ford came out for an inspection. I chose his company because they advertised experience in foundations and drainage.
One year prior I had gutters installed on one side of my home and created drainage areas for rain water run off around the rest of my home (as recommended by another foundation company.)
Darrell checked all my doors and looked for cracks in the sheet rock. He said my home looked good, gave me a couple of recommendation and did not charge me anything for the inspection.
I am so grateful he was honest and did not try to sell me something did not need.

We contacted a number of vendors across the metroplex to have repair work completed on our driveway(beginning week of 9/9/19). Approximately, 1/3 of our driveway started to settle unevenly and has caused a few cracks. Before it progressed/worsened we wanted to have that portion raised back up either by foam or concrete mix. One of the companies we contacted was Atlas Foundation in Burleson. The reviews were great, family business with what seemed like a great price.

Atlas Foundation completed pier work at our home in Mansfield, TX and both my wife and I were so pleasantly surprised by the kindness and consideration of all of the workers at our home, the quality of the work by caulking and put all back into place, and the clean up as if no one had been there. Exceptional work and workers. So highly recommended!

Our experience with Atlas was very good! I was pleasantly that Lonnie Ford, one of the owners, was the one who came out initially to meet with me. I felt he was very thorough in his assessment and explanation of our choices. With the exception of the need to go deeper than planned, the job went very well. All open holes were covered over night so my older dog wouldn’t fall in accidentally. Kyler Ford did an excellent job as the job foreman and kept me informed during the whole process. At completion my yard and flower beds were restored to pre-job appearance and every bit of trash and excess

These guys are amazing! We thought it was going to be a ten thousand dollar repair for our foundation. Not with Atlas, they were professional, honest, and extremely reasonable. Thousands below, and they openly told us when we didn't need certain things done. I have never in my life been more satisfied with a service provided. I live in a pier and beam house that has some age on it & was getting estimates to have the floors tightened up. Darrel Ford came to my home & was very pleasant & professional. I so appreciated his honesty with me & his friendly attitude. As a senior citizen, I felt very comfortable with him & trusted the information he gave me was accurate.. I am so impressed with Atlas foundation! This company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The office staff was courteous and professional every time we spoke. My emails were returned same day, most within minutes. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were fast, efficient, and neat. My entire house feels so much sturdier, and my doors actually close!! (Seriously, a miracle for my 80+ year old pier and beam farm house.)
