I bought an older home a few months ago only to discover it had foundation problems that were not disclosed nor did inspectors catch, it's on pier and beam , so after doing research I called Solid Rock Foundation repair and sales rep George came out looked at it, wasn't as bad as I was expecting, said just needed some new piers and leveled along with some vents for moisture. I was ready to hire on the spot, but he suggested I get other bids to compare. I don’t write many reviews, but these guys are awesome. Mason (he does the bidding) is a great guy that is so patient and really knows his stuff. I asked so many questions and he we super helpful.
Ruben (he’s the one leading the digging and lifting) is just as great. He is very thoughtful and explains what they are doing in a simple way. I asked him a million questions and he was great with them all.
I’ve sent their name to multiple friends and everyone of them have said the same as me.
I did have to have some piers warrantied out and they we great. Super quick to respond and came out

I did a lot of research on five different foundation repair companies. If you read the reviews carefully for each, you can see some companies had fake reviews. That being said, we decided to go with Solid Rock Foundation. Price was competitive - not the least expensive but not most expensive. Overall, we had a good experience with SRF. The crew was friendly and asked questions if they had any. They cleaned up pretty well. Ryan our Project Estimator was on time, friendly and didn't try to push anything extra on us. Recently had what I would consider extensive foundation repair. From estimate to completion, each representative made the process as easy as possible. Honest representation of the work to be completed. They prepare you for the worst and deliver the best. Plumber and engineer sent after to verify quality of work. Left our property in better shape than when they arrived. No residual damage on a fairly significant lift. Prices were what I would consider good for the materials used and the amount of labor involved. Others will charge up to 3X as much. I highly recommend Solid Rock Foundation Repair

We are an out of state mortgage lender who happened to stumble across Solid Rock Foundation online. My clients were refinancing their home in Garland, TX and the appraiser pointed out and took pictures of their foundation - referencing it was cracked and damaged. I selected Solid Rock as one of 3 contractors listed on a list of Contractors performing foundation repair. It was a Sunday when I called, not expecting an answer but to leave a message.
