we contacted JJ Gate and Service for repairs cause by the wind damage a few months ago that broke the gate latch. JJ Gate responded, arrived and repaired the iron gate latch the next day with a solid latch we can secure minimal concern.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tech showed up 2 hours early Unannounced. We couldn’t come back to meet him so we haven’t heard from them in about two months. Call them back and it sounds like a 20-year-old on the phone with horrible customer service. I would say the owner will probably be disappointing to miss but it sounds like he’s just as bad!

I was looking for a new gate company for the storage facility that I manage. I called 3 different companies, including J&J. Once they came out to look at our gate, I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. From the phone call to the service, everything was outstanding. STAY AWAY!! These jerks told me they would work on my gate. Made an appointment 1 week in advance before I had to leave on a big trip (gate won't close) Called me when he was suppose to be here and said he won't work on my gate. Left me with a big problem and now no way to do anything about it. I was left holding the bag after trusting them.

My gate stopped working one day, so I called a random gate service. They came out, charged us close to $300 to fix it and left. Not an hour later our gate stopped working again! Also, they refused to come back out without charging us another service fee. It was 4:00 pm at that point, and I needed to get my car out for work the next day. So this time I called J&J Gate Service and Design because they had awesome reviews on yelp. I spoke W/ Vickie on the phone, who was very polite and explained the situation.
