When I researched and called Alliance, I was promptly answered by a very kind gentlemen named Phil. He very quickly helped me figure out what I needed and dispatched the techs promptly. He even took the time to ask a ton of questions and FaceTime me to see the issue 1st hand. Excellent customer service ! Alliance was on time and called/texted ahead of their arrival time. Cody was outstanding in diagnosing our gate/motor issue. He fixed it promptly and delivered a great value for the services rendered. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had used Alliance Garage and Gates to repair a cracking garage door and they fixed it at a very reasonable price. We needed a tune up on three garage doors so we called them. We got a scheduled service time and Cody showed up. He really improved the functioning of all of our garage doors and made them a lot quieter. Cody was great. We will definitely call Alliance Garage and Gate for an annual check up and any other needs.

There is service ... and there is service after the sale. Philip with Alliance came out and fixed both of my heavy garage doors on my 10-year-old home. He and his partner found frayed cables and replaced those and got everything all set. Four months later, a separate problem with one of the doors arose and he came right back out and fixed the totally minor issue. Because it was a ten-second fix, there was no charge for the second visit.

Phil was great. He fit me in to an already busy schedule one night so we didn't have to be without a garage door. He also saved me a bunch of money compared to another price quote I had received where the other provider had mis-diagnosed the issue. And, he set up my garage doors to connect to my phone while doing the repair. Great service, great guy, I'd use him again.

Alliance does fantastic work at a reasonable price. They installed a new door at my house after one of our teenagers decided they would test its sturdiness with her car. They provided a higher quality door than others that quoted replacement for the average price. I was impressed with the quality and asked them to bid replacing a roll up door at my business and they beat my company that has serviced that door for years in both price and quality of products. They will be my new company to use for years!

We purchased a garage door and opener from Alliance Garage and Gates. I was very uncertain which opener I wanted and we were also buying a black door and was just as uncertain about that choice. The Team ant Alliance was very patient and informative as we made our decisions. Our door looks great and we are very pleased with the opener we settled on. We had a need for a followup and Phil and Ryan came to our home to make sure that all was done to meet our expectations. We received yet another followup call from Phil just to make sure we were pleased with the services and equipment. I highly recommend

These guys are awesome! I had a custom cedar garage door and matching custom house number plate built and installed by them and I could not be happier with the end result.
