Our hot water heater tank had a serious leak which damaged our brand new wood floor along with our cabinets and one of our walls. I called ProFlood after seeing all the positive reviews. And they came within an hour and immediately stopped the flood. After drying out our home for a few days they returned and started putting our home back together. After starting our scheduled flooring, we noticed moisture throughout the house. I called two or three plumbers and restoration companies to examine the issue, and all left me feeling as if my house would take 10's of thousands of dollars to make livable again. Due to a water leak in the wall between my kitchen and garage and findings of asbestos and lead, my kitchen was gutted. The original Restoration company that I had was unable to come up with a new design for the kitchen so they turned the job over to Carl with ProFlood. After many back-and-forth conversations and redesigning, mostly due to me adding things and or changing my mind, Carl had a floor plan that worked. My home was a disaster. My son had left our tub running over a weekend away and we came home to a horrible mess Our insurance company adjuster suggested we get a flood mitigation company out to our home immediately. I called PROFLOOD and met with Carl. He was very knowledgable and assured me he would provide mitigation procedures that evening. After the dry out process the crews worked long hours and rebuilt our Island cabinetry, replaced our hardwood floors, replaced all the drywall and paint. Recently worked with this company when my kitchen sink decided to break and cause a flood in my house :/ Carl was able to get out to my house really quick once we set an appointment & was professional and polite. I felt like he knew what he was doing and sure enough my sink is fixed and my floors (RIP to the old one) looks good as new. Prices ate right and would def recommend to anyone else!
