When it came time to renovate after having two cabinets removed and all of the flooring from our kitchen removed, we had been at a stand still. We've been approved with insurance since 11/30 and our project has been ignored. We've been promised a phone call or an update multiple times and assignments that were supposed to be done not done. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I had to cancel my original appointment months ago because myself and my children all had Covid. When I cancelled, the phone coordinator asked me if they could bring me anything from the store or anything at all that I needed. As a woman that lives states away from family, this offer meant so very much. Compassion AND customer service!!! I will promote this business to everyone I know and beyond, always. On June 16 I reached out via Yelp about a quote. Dorrae, the office manager, responded via email and asked the usual questions. After some back and forth I was happy with having them come out and asked about availability. I had not heard back for a couple weeks so on July 13 I replied and received an apology for the delayed response. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail they used when cleaning my carpets. They used their extra big strong vacuum to vacuum my carpets then spray the neutralizer for the pet stains. Then Began cleaning the carpets. They really went over the selected areas thoroughly to make sure they got all the pet areas thoroughly cleaned. Then they turned their attention to my sofa and love seat. When they were done, they looked brand new. What a great way to start my spring clean.

I was absolutely amazed at the great job Josh did cleaning our driftwood color Italian porcelain wood grain tile/grout & light gray carpet.
I’ve had bad experiences using other floor cleaning companies before, but now my tile & grout looks incredible.....almost as new as the day we moved in!
And that’s saying a lot considering we wanted to get our flooring done in 2020 but postponed due to pandemic, so the flooring was pretty bad!
I will absolutely use Home Perfect Restoration again regularly for our flooring needs from now on and the price was extremely competitive!!

In early June, we noticed a musky odor in our kitchen. We hired a leak detection contractor & he discovered a water leak in an exterior wall, behind a set of kitchen cabinets. We filed our first claim with our home owner's insurance company of 26 years. Our adjuster guided us towards using his preferred plumber & restoration company to fix the leak & dry out the moisture. I have been on the fence about writing this. I have never felt more betrayed by a company. This was last year, our home was partially flooded due to the heavy rains and a clogged landscape drain. Home Perfect was working on another job for us that was actually going well! They were really great in the beginning but I had never had to experience anything like this before.

From Dorrae in the office, to the masters (Heath and George) in the field, this company is by far the best in Murrieta Valley at cleaning floors and carpets. To begin, they have a live person answer the phone! She was able to schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience. Their crew called to give me an update on the expected arrival time and once again when they were just a few minutes away, which I really appreciated.
Brandon and Ely were very friendly and courteous. With temps in the high 90s, they cleaned two area rugs we had set up in our driveway. They also carried a small couch outside to be cleaned. They were very careful to wear foot coverings

I have been using Home Perfect Restoration for my Travertine stone and carpet care for about 6 years now. Home Perfect scheduling and office staff is always organized and friendly. I have been lucky enough to have Eli as my stone care specialist every time I needed my stone cleaned. He is always on time and very professional. I just recently had my Taravertine cleaned and resealed and it looks brand new. Absolutely beautiful!! It is rare to have the same specialist for this many years. To me, that says something about the company. They take care of their people.

This company is wonderful! From the first contact with the friendly lady who helped me on the phone to the guys in the field (George and company) who basically performed magic on our floor tile and grout, we couldn't be more pleased.
Our tile floors and grout look brand new after 12 years of wear and tear and animal filth, it's so beautiful and our home smells so clean and fresh!
Courteous, helpful, professional and quick! I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends or call them again.
