Like many of you , I was apprehensive about calling an unknown to my home. Esp for something like security repair. After Chris surmised my situation, he said he could repair it, but due to the age, a new lock set was really what was needed in my case. He waited on me to go to the store and get my set as the store is close. Job done and done right. Reasonable and professional . A far cry from the service I got at the hardware store. Will call him again.

Do NOT use this service! Chris was friendly on the phone and fast to arrive but has now become a nightmare! First, he took long to make a key and was very disorganized (perhaps he was drunk) but we Gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he opened the door he hit the other car and did not flinch at doing so. He took an hour to make the key. Second, he stuck a stick through our sunroof to unlock the door and in doing so broke our windshield. He became upset, cursed profusely, and said it was due to being Friday the 13th. Chris promised to fix our windshield the next day. We paid him for his service
