Steve transformed a little square box of a house on the Lake of the Ozarks into a unique and beautiful lake home. His imaginative approach to our ideas and his innovative contributions made our place a one-of-a-kind spot for us and our friends to enjoy the Lake. Steve designed a breakfast room addition to our older Tudor home.
Main portions of structure are timber-framed with bolted connections to facilitate disassembly and reuse of timbers if necessary. Locally quarried limestone used on exterior and interior walls for durability and low-maintenance. Concrete tile roofing with recyclable metal edge trim, gutters and flashings also for durability and low-maintenance.
