Addendum/Update: Hubby wants to add that he wanted to ask Paul Clark to "bug" off (the word he was thinking might've been a bit less polite than "bug") because Paul Clark was so rude! Also, my hubby is usually WAY more patient and polite than I am when it comes to contractors and vendors and even he couldn't stand this Paul Clark guy so you can just imagine. Paul Clark even bragged that he takes advantage of little old women (as I mentioned previously) by charging them $65(!!!) for gutter estimates! This guy should be reported to the CSLB and investigated. Oh, and
