Our roof started leaking after the storms in January. We called creative roofing because of a review on Nextdoor.com. I am so glad we did. They came out that day, accessed the problem, and quoted us a very reasonable price. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. We are very pleased, and highly recommend Creative Roofing!

I first used Dave for a roof over 25 years ago and that comp roof still continues to hold strong. Over the years I have bought, flipped, sold, had rentals etc and Dave has been my go-to company and he has never let me down. He has done several roofs, repairs etc for me over the years. He's super honest and you can send him to work on your grandmothers house and he will treat her honestly.

His expertise is inspecting a roof before I bought a home got me thousands off on a home price when the home inspector

Updating my earlier review - when we FINALLY got them to show up and do the repairs, they were efficient and polite and seemed to do a good job.

Creative Roofing provided a 2 year roof certification for the home we bought. In the winter the roof leaked. He came over and agreed and said he would fix it when the weather dried. It's now July and I've called him a dozen times and left messages and emailed but he has not responded.

I had Dave take care of two separate leaks during a time of excessive rain when he was undoubtedly swamped with other calls. He fixed both at a reasonable cost and very promptly. When one began to leak again he was round very quickly to make sure that it was taken care of.

Sometimes Dave is hard to get hold of because a roof leak only ever appears when it is raining and that's when everybody else's roof is leaking. But he does get back to you and does not rest until the problem is solved. I'm very happy with his work and with the prices that he charges. I will absolutely use him

So I'm very sad to have to amend the review i wrote earlier. The repair did not work. And now after over 3 weeks of broken promises on when he will be back to fix it - he's off on vacation and I'm looking for another roof repair company. Apparently they are "very busy". So sad to have to amend, he seemed like a stand up guy.

I just have Dave repaired my leak roof yesterday, thru friend referred, also after one other guy already came to estimate the day before.
I am so please with what he done, replace the broken tile, seal the hole, he also take picture to show you before & after repaired. Also inspect the whole roof to make sure it's ok. It's all free, since we are new customer, he won't charge & just need to refer others to him. But of course, we gave him some $ , since he work hard , explain very clear, honest, nice ....

I used to work with Dave years ago at a construction company, so I was very familiar with his quality of work. Two weeks ago, while wrapping Christmas gifts, I opened my closet in my guest bedroom to find that water was dripping into my closet, in a steady stream, and the ceiling in the closet was about to collapse. After hurriedly removing the contents of my closet, the ceiling to the closet fell and displayed water coming in through a valley in an area of our roof. Our roof needed repair and we dreaded going through this process of getting it fixed. The roof being an expensive item and that so many roofers out there want to squeeze every nickel out of you..made this task really daunting to us.
After quoting and interviewing 5 different roofers and almost giving up, then we met Dave. There is not a person that is more honest and authentic person, than this man.

If you want a roofer that is does an excellent job and gives you amazing customer satisfaction, Dave is your guy. He talks to you, explains the process completely and breaks down

Dave was awesome! He showed up on time and we both went on the roof. He showed that there was too much dirt and pigeon detritus and we cleaned it off. He didn't charge and said you should be good for another 10 years. Awesome!

So our house decided it would be fun to let some of the rain inside or garage and walls during the last storms. I found Dave at Creative Roofing through Google and gave him a call to get an estimate. He was at our place in 30 minutes, popped up on the roof, found the issue right away and was able to show me so I knew what to look for in the future, and fixed it for me on the spot!

Great guy and a great service! Anyone in West Sac (especially with tile roofs) and the Sacto area having roofing issues should give Dave a call!
