I started in the roofing trade as a young kid. As an apprentice, I worked summers with my dad soaking in all the traits needed to make a career out of roofing. I graduated from High School, and while attending college, I worked for numerous roofing companies in the Sacramento region. These companies taught me a lot.

I have been a fan of Roof Improv since I bought my house back in 2018. Juan was the only roofer that was responsive to my request and I was blown away by his approach and professionalism. Juan is my go to for any and everything related to my roof. He is responsive, very professional and will explain what needs to be done and why. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. We called Roof Improve because they specialize in tile roof repairs, after we noticed small leak in bedroom after our recent rain and wind storm.
I called on Tuesday and left a message and he telephoned me right back and made an appointment to come and evaluate our leak the next day. He gave us an appointment window of 9-11 and was right on time. He evaluated it and said he was able to repair the roof the same day.
I would highly recommend Juan and his company for their response, service and repairs. He guarantees his roof repair for 2.5 years which is longer than anyone else.

We had some roof damage after a serious storm. I called Juan the next day. He came out the same day to evaluate the situation. He was polite and professional. Gave me an competitive bid for the job. He came back as soon as the rain stopped the following day. Spent all day fixing our roof on a Saturday. Did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to color and style match the tiles. Fixed the roof in one day. Looks good as new. I will be using him for all my future repairs. He is professional, capable and honest. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Juan at Roof Improve did an outstanding job of trouble shooting my tile roof problems and coming up with solutions that were reasonably priced and quickly completing the job. Work involved dry rot fascia replacement and repair of under tile problem area as well as cleaning and correcting all seven valley areas and lastly removing all moss buildup.

They did a very nice job fixing my roof which had a leak and caused some water stains in the ceiling. Juan came out, got on the roof, took pictures of all the problem areas and sent an estimate. Once I had a chance to review and approve the repair we scheduled. During the repair they took pictures of them replacing the felt/ tar paper under the roof tiles and also checked the sheeting boards to make sure they didn't need to be replaced. Once the repair was completed the also took pictures of the repairs they did so we could see exactly what they did since I didn't want to climb on the

I feel very fortunate to have connected with Juan at Roof Improve! In early December, I was having a hard time finding a trustworthy company to make some repairs to my leaky tile roof and solve an issue I was having with a blocked dryer vent. I called a number of roofing companies with no success. Several times I simply never received a call back after leaving a message. Juan was very professional and a pleasure working with. I needed to have a rotted old fascia board removed and replaced with a new gutter installed. Juan was able to come out in a couple of days to give me the quote and a couple more to do the work after accepting his quote. I wouldn't hesitate recommend him for any roof repairs.
