I just purchased a 2021 F150 Tremor from Ciocca and I couldn’t be happier. My salesman Kris was very knowledgeable on the truck and did a great job handling the transaction with clear and quick communication throughout. I have dealt with many sales men/women in the past year on multiple vehicles and this is as good as it gets. There is nothing worse than asking questions that they can not answer. I am very particular and had specific numbers that I wanted to stick to. The new car manager, Dan, went through numerous options with me until it financially made sense. Truly a great experience for myself, wife and daughter. Had a fantastic experience getting a new lease- and trading in my old. It was a straightforward process, Kris respected my budget and my time. Quick process, friendly staff, and very responsive. My wife and I went into Ciocca's Ford dealership to see if we could see what a Ford Ranger looked like. The Sales Associate, Chris was excellent in looking at the Net at other dealers for a Ranger to give us an idea on their appearance. After a few minutes he checked his status of future deliveries and found that a Ranger was being delivered that same day.
Chris asked us to wait in his office while he ran over to another building where a trailer was being unloaded with new vehicles.

My husband and I live about 1.5 hours away from this dealership and are surrounded by a ton of Ford's in our local area. We won't go anywhere else, it's worth the trip. The deals here are great and the customer service here is excellent. Our first lease we worked with Paul and he's the only one we will continue to lease with. Paul is patient answering all of your questions, very knowledgeable and understands the vehicle best suited for your needs. It's the first time I've experienced a warm and loving feeling from a "salesperson". It's more like family there.
