Everyone there is cheerful and pleasant and greets you when you come in. Eager to help and answer questions. I just moved to the area and have been there a few times and have had great experiences. Chris in service and the receptionists are wonderful! I was very impressed by the video the mechanic sent me too about the services on my car. All around great experience!

Nicest folks on Earth until you drive off the lot. Then they won't answer your emails. Within 10 days of buying a newish car, both key fobs died. No replies to my emails. Five months later my battery died - sorry nothing we can do. $295. "How about a break on labor?" $75 " I just bought this car 4 months ago? I can't expect a battery to last 4 months?" Them: "Nothing we can do."
Well, there's something I can do. Walk across the street where I bought two cars and never - ever - had a bad experience. My son graduates from college next Fall - I'm not buying him at car at Ciocca.

I have bought many vehicles from different dealerships over the years and Ciocca Chevrolet ranks at the top for friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff, easy financing, fair pricing and ethical dealing. Ciocca uses more of a traditional approach to car selling, but does a great job without all of the familiar nonsense often seen at other dealers. No crazy haggling, no high pressure from the finance manager and no hidden fees added to the deal….
