STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are horrible!!! They say they will do specific cleanings for every time they come out, all they do is dump salt in your pool and use the net unless you BEG them to use the vacuum and even then there is always some reason as to why they can’t. They went 3 weeks without cleaning my pool without giving an notice or reason as to why. They broke the top of my filter and took weeks to get them out here to update and constantly checking in. Absolutley worst service company that I have ever used over the past 25 years as a home owner. Note , how I said worst service company and not pool service. Because out of all service companies I have used over the years their pool service was beyond bad!!! I signed an agreement with them (which be warned do not do) in April 2021 for pool service. After signing the contract green water improved slightly. Then they didnt show up for two weeks so I contacted them and I was told there was a leak and that would be contacted on Wednesday. I was not contacted so I proceeded with my credit card and opened a claim and asked to stop automatic payments. Everything OK on the credit card side but I’m still receiving bills from them.
I tried reaching out by phone, but no luck. Website submission form doesnt work neither. Also, during all this nightmare I was in contact with the person that showed up at home to sign the contract but he stopped replying

Absolutely terrible service and the customer service is disrespectful. Our pool has been green all season, we replaced all of our equipment by their recommendations. After all said and done, still green. Their cleaners are in and out in less then 10 minutes, never tested the chemicals and barely cleaned. We had to put tons of money into ourselves. Switched companies and pool switched instantly and has been maintained. Don’t waste your time and money. FYI, the salt conversation cells they offer for “free” are complete trash.

Oy vey I really should have read some reviews on here before hiring. They showed up the day after we closed on our house and was so persistent on us hiring them we just said yes so that the man would go away. We are on six weeks of pool care now and I think they've maybe been here three times? I came home yesterday after they cleaned the pool and everything seemed fine. I walked outside last night and my pool is steaming! I run over to look at the heater and they said it to 103. This is a huge size pool with NO spa! My entire pool was HOT!

This company needs to be ashamed of their services. I'm not sure the tech knows how or even wants to know how to clean a pool. The chemical balance of my pool was so far off it became cloudy and started to grow mold. The filter was NEVER cleaned. When I called to cancel my services, I asked for a refund for work not performed. Instead I was told I had to give them a 30 day notice of cancellation. Really? So, the bottom line they are taking money for a poor work performance and charging me again for 30 more days for absolutely nothing. I guess I should not be surprised. The last 10

It started out very well but declined quickly as the tenet started to comment on the state of the pool after 4 months. My father canceled their service. Then they didn't charge my fathers account for two months after the cancellation so we assume it is finished. Suddenly they decided to charge my fathers credit card for another year before I looked at his finances and found they were still charging him. If I can give 0 stars I'll do it!! This is the worst company to clean your pool be aware!!! This people haven't showed up since may to clean my pool, I have complained so many times that they don't even pick up the phone when I call I always have to get in touch with another phone # so they can pick up, I'll be cleaning the pool by my own. Honestly this business is the worse. They never come through and I've had nothing but problems with them since I signed a contract with them. I have paid the $58 monthly fee diligently for over a year now and I expect they honor their end of the contract. My pool is greenish brown! The reason is, Im told, they installed cheap salt cells and didn't order enough salt so my salt levels are low to none now. If you never want to use your pool and waste your money this is the company for you. We have not been able to use our pool may. It turned completely green. Something that should NEVER happen with a pool service. Constant complaints and nothing being done. No attempts to correct their mistake. Instead they just argue with us and sent pics to try and "prove" they came out. But instead their "proof" was a completely different pool than mine. Try pool troopers instead. Nothing could be worse than this company.

I am highly disappointed with the service they have provided. I wish I would have done my due diligence and looked at reviews. I wish I could give them zero stars. I was promised a new salt cell Which I never got. It was excuse after excuse as to why my pool was green. I just got a new pool heater and I can't even go in my pool.

They also waived the 30 day cancellation but insist on a $200 cancellation fee?!? I'll be seeing them in court if they attempt to collect that.
I have pictures, emails, and security footage to clearly show just how shoddy this company was.

I hired Economy Pool to take care of my pool while I was away, When I came back into town after just a couple of months my pool is green. Do answer I received was it rain for a couple of days and need to get a chance to get out there. And there was absolutely no chemical levels in my pool when I go to the house. My cousin who lives nearby called me a couple of times during the months that I was away telling me the pool was green. after several calls to Economy Pool and getting the runaround numerous times. NOT RECOMMENDED. I signed up when their door to door rep came knocking and offered a price that seemed very competitive. I was promised great service and had a written contract for what would be done. The first issue was with the salt generator, I was told about 6 different times it was going to be installed a specific date and it never was during that whole time. Finally it got installed over a month after I joined but the pool's salt level wasn't set properly so it wasn't doing its job.

Used them for 3 months and here are my reasons for cancelling:
1) Over the last couple of months, I have had multiple issues with scheduling. They missed services, came out on different days than scheduled and it became difficult for me to keep track of whether my pool had been serviced or not.
2) The person who came out also repeatedly left the gates open when leaving even after requesting them to close it for safety reasons (I have a small child).
3) The pool didn't look clean. I still have floating debris even after they just serviced my pool maybe 10 mins ago.
Luckily, they were nice

Got sold on service by Dino the sales rep who came by my house. He made it sound all nice with pictures of before and after, free salt water system upgrades, and that he's there for us whenever we need him BS. Immediately when I signed the agreement letter I was charged for the green to clean service and 1st months service without even getting anything done yet. Communication was so poor. So these guys are a complete waste of money. I have them several chances but this is horrible. I asked for three weeks why my pool had not been vacuumed. The third week they left a note on the door saying that it had been done. There was literally nothing done to remove debris. They where good at telling me when my pool needed to be fixed but when it was working they did not service it at all just excuses.
