We used Civic's Pool Service after inheriting them from previous owners. We thought it was best to keep things consistent. What i learned later was that the prior owner was very hands on with the management of the pool and did not rely upon Civic to do any "technical" management of the pool. If you are just looking for a pool scrub, water analysis and filter clean then this group is consistent and reliable with a kind husband and wife team that is overseen by their son. Nevertheless, when we were having trouble with pool being green, needed additional salt (salt water pool) and poor water flow

Best decision we've ever made. Our pool has never looked better! Professional service, on time and super reliable. Our past provider would not add chemicals in at times or skip the vacuuming which forced us to jump in and pick up debris. Since hiring Civic's Pool Service I have done zero work. As they have done everything. We love our pool and knowing our kids can safely swim makes it that much better!!

I need more stars to give! Me and my husband just recently moved to the Westchase are in Tampa Florida. And were super excited that our new home had a pool. Upon getting the keys to our house we found out the pool had turned green! We never had a pool before so we had zero clue on what we actually needed to do. We called around and received a few quotes. Civic's Pool Service came at a decent price but what really motivated our decision to choose them over others was the out of this world friendly communication. Sent an email asking for a quote, within 10 minutes Ernie called me and explained their service and how they operate. I was so impressed by the timely response and how professional he was i said YES right away. The very next day Z came out and he was amazing. Very attentive and reliable. They really care about our pool and they treat it every single week. Our last provider would not add chemicals always which i found to be strange.

Being new to pool ownership, I looked to professionals to keep my pool in working order. The Civics Pool Service Business model is perfect for me. Knowledgeable and friendly staff service the pool weekly and, most importantly they keep the pool owner in the loop with an e-mail set to the owner upon completion of the service. The e-mail includes all the information about the pool chemical status, temperature etc. Attached to the e-mail is a picture of the pool, time and date stamped, which shows you the pool's condition as well as confirming that the professional was on site as scheduled.
