While the service from Sun King Pool Services has been OK (pool cleaned, water treated and clear), I've had a couple run-in's in the past month with the assigned pool tech over his parking across part of my driveway and leaving our pool cage door open overmuch (we have snakes that have and will come into the birdcage if the "opportunity" presents) with significant push back. . . . Also, I had a pool leak for months which persisted after Sun King's leak finders/fixers visited three times; it was only when I contracted with another independent pool leak finder (Leek Geeks) that my leak was fixed

I'm a resident of Avea Point by Mattamy. Been here 1 and 1/2 months. The pool is pristine now that Melissa has been here for the last few weeks. The alge is gone, the tiles are clean and the water is clear. She cares about the water quality and our health. Definitely and asset to the company.

I don't know who the other reviewer's service provider was, but Katie is amazing! She does such a great job keeping our large pool clean. She's very good at communicating when there is an issue or something she sees coming up. She's helpful with preventative measures (noticed a plant was shedding into the pool and gave advice), and is responsive if there is ever an issue (pressure washing caused a lot of debris). I would HIGHLY recommend Katie to anyone who owns a pool and wants it well maintained and running efficiently.

How about they pool service gentlemen didn’t even know how to exit my pool, his girlfriend is sitting in the company truck . He was dancing in the road when he first stepped out of his vehicle, I have asked the company to please assist and they do not respond to any messages I leave. I would not recommend at all.
