The installer did a great job, but the project was delayed for 3 days without notice. I had to call to find out what the problem was.

I went in with a broken window and a tore up screen door. I was greeting by Mr Tony immediately.
He knew exactly what I wanted and was just so friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. He had my order ready while I waited, 20 minutes and I was on my way home. Great job Green's Glass Staff!

Our go to glass and window shop. My parents bought widows from the original location and I buy from new one. I really appreciate the custom cuts and pieces they do for us.

Green's Glass is Fantastic. A Great group of people that are very Helpful , Friendly and Give Great Customer Service. They are and will always be my Go To People.

We asked for new tabs in both of our screens when we brought them in for re- screening. When we picked them up, only one had the tabs installed. To make matters worse, the lower corner frame was pulled out of place and it was hard to fit into the window. Sloppy work.

This place is fantastic the last whi helped me as denise and she went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of the take glass ro the next level with pricing and customer service I highly recommend it here

I suggest go elsewhere.
They wrote down the correct screen size on my receipt but cut it wrong. I brought in the old screen so it was they who measured and made.
I had to come back another time and thankfully they fixed it while I waited. They were going to get a good review until they asked for $3 to cover their mistake.
I was in shock they would ask for a customer to not get an apology but also to GET ASKED to pay for their mistake. I reflected that back to the guy waiting on me while I pulled the $3 out of my wallet. He then got rude and would not allow me to speak.

The WORST, most unexpected display of customer service.
Myself and my clients were both treated as if we were inferior to the workers there.
This company has lost the value of strong customer service and how imperative positive representation behind a business is.
Note: NO CUSTOMERS = NO BUSINESS!!
