We have used them several times over the years for whole house and rental window replacements, shower doors and glass cabinets. Recommended others use them as well.
Made an appointment and the guy was so late I didn't think he was coming. Finally came so I ordered a slider. They came to install it but the screen door latch wasn't quite right and needed a screw. I've emailed twice since I never heard back. It's been several weeks since I last heard and they apparently expect the customer to do all the reminding. I'm done.
I won't be using tor endi them.

Ordered some glass for some projects, they all came out perfect. I had some large sheets of tempered glass also, and every employee that talked to me made sure I knew that the tempered glass needed to be handled with care because they could "pop" if they hit the street. Thankfully their warning prevented me from stupidly resting the glass on the ground while I loaded it. Appreciate the help you guys, keep up the good work.

My sons called me at around 3:00pm and told me they hit my daughters bedroom window with a wiffleball by accident and broke the window! Desperately needing it fixed the same day, I knew I was asking a lot. I called a place I found on Yelp and they quoted me almost $200 and couldn't come out until the next day (which I figured). Driving home, I remembered I pass this glass shop every day called Bodie's... so I gave them a call around 3:35pm and asked for a quote. The quote was noticeably lower than the previous quote I got from the other place so I was stoked and asked when? Well the next

This is a long overdue review. I am a contractor, and was hoping to use this company for years to come, but after a couple issues on a job they did for me, I would never use them again. It took two weeks for someone to call back after calling the office several times, and then two weeks for them to come out and fix part of the issue, all the while leaving me to deal with the customer on the other issue, and still having money held back on me for it. I wouldn't use this company if they were the last ones on earth. Nice people, but horrible customer service if an issue arises.

Decided to do much needed repairs to the exterior of my house, the vendor that is going to do some stack stone recommended this company after I told him the quotes I was getting on window replacement.
Sam came out and took measurements asked some questions and I was then called with an estimate about 2 days later . Price was fair for retrofit windows. My windows had to be custom made due to unusual window sizes but was advised it would be ordered and we scheduled an install for 3 weeks later.
I was out of town on the date of the installation, but it felt amazing to come home to new beautiful

I wanted to give Bodie's Glass Services a shout-out.
Originally I was to get two rollers installed under my sliding glass doors; I was quoted, the guys showed up at my house right on time and discovered that my floor was not leveled properly when my home was built.
They figured out kind of a work-around, showed me a few things I could do and discussed other options. They were kind, professional, helpful and very competent. I recommend this company for glass service. Good job guys.

My contractor referred me to them and that is the only reason I went to them. Should have gone with someone else. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
1. Once their technician took the measurements for bathroom wall and door, I had to call these people 3 times over a period of 5 days to get a quote. On my third call, I was told that an email was sent to me but when I told them that I never received it, they sent another one and for some magical reason that made through.
2. At the time of confirming that I wanted to move forward, I mentioned to the gentleman i spoke to that I am not sure if they included a towel

The women at Bodie's were just as helpful as could be. I really appreciated their amazing customer service. Not to mention the man who replaced our window who had to repair the frame to our window as well. These folks are great and super reliable. Thank god I caught their business sign out of the corner of my eye as I was turning into my grandfather's rental property neighborhood. Thank you so much Bodie's!
