After waking up to water everywhere, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. My insurance agent told me that I could hire anyone that I wanted. I went onto Yelp to see if I could find any good companies. I contacted IRS and Preston came out to my house immediately. He walked me through the process, started work that same day, and handled everything for me. They worked with my insurance company and I had nothing out of pocket (besides my deductible). I couldn't be more pleased with Preston as he was timely, professional, courteous, and clean. I would highly recommend IRS to anyone!

Had a dumb moment when I wanted to sink something in the sink and left it running for 10-15 mins flooding my upstairs bathroom and leaking downstairs, had to call them when my hardwoods started swelling up. Called them late afternoon one day and Preston came out first thing in the morning the next day. When I first called the company he asked me details about what happened and walked me through what the process would be like. When he came out and assessed the damage using the readers and luckily it wasn't bad. He advised me that leak wasn't bad enough needing to use his services and

Dishwasher line busted and flooded my kitchen. It was a mess. I called IRS and Preston was on it. Very professional and caring over the phone. He was able to get out to me right away. I was lucky enough to have a basement and be home when it happened. He was able to get himself there ASAP. It took a few days to dry out, but nothing had to be removed.
I didn't realize all the equipment involved but it made sense when Preston explained everything.
I recommend IRS over any and all competitors. Great company and even greater staff!

Forget about water restoration, this is the best service company I've ever worked with.
Preston is extremely responsive and treats your issues as if they were his own. He promptly addresses what is going on and provides easy to understand assessments with regular frequency.
I hate having to use use water restoration services but I'm so happy to have found Preston.

One of the best contractor experiences I've had. Called them on a weeknight about a water issue and within an hour Preston was on site addressing the issue. Preston demonstrated exemplary customer service and knowledge through the whole process, not to mention being all around friendly and personable. He was extra thorough and made sure the job was fully complete. He also was very helpful in assisting through the insurance process. I called IRS after my water heater burst last month. Preston and his team were out there within the hour taking care of everything. They went above and beyond and were very consistent in their communication. I highly recommend these guys if you have/had water leaks within your home, they work directly with your insurance and have the answer to every question.

What a way to start the summer break... flooded water heater. It seems that I can never catch a break, maybe being a homeowner just isn't my thing. That's what I thought prior to calling IRS out, not only did they handle the damage properly, the sincerely cared about my situation and my home. I could tell these guys were experts because they flooded me with information (pun intended) regarding the whole process. I was a little scared on starting a claim but Preston assured me it was in my best interest; as the damage was way beyond what I initially thought.

On the day that I moved into my brand new construction home, the washing machine water line flooded all over my downstairs hardwood floors. This happened around 7pm that evening. I immediately called my realtor who got in touch with the builder. The builder and IRS came out around 9pm that evening to clean up the mess and inspect the damage. IRS hooked up 4 industrial fans to dry out the floors and a left a dehumidifier as well. All the equipment was left for 5 days while the floor dried out. Since this all happened on the day that I moved in, I was so frustrated over the whole situation

I moved to Tennessee a few years ago. I recently purchased a home in Arrington Tn. There are not many businesses or things to do around here. When I had a broken pipe from the recent freeze (I never knew Tennessee got this cold!) I had water all over my home.
