I am very happy I called Middle TN Mold Remediation. I called two other companies, one of which only wanted to spray the mold and not remove it. The other company never even showed up to the agreed appointment date and time. So I called Middle TN Mold Remediation and Rob (the owner) was extremely responsive and could talk in-depth on the services his company provides. Long story short, I had a mold problem in my crawl space due to a missing wax seal around a downstairs toilet. Rob was also very helpful in recommending a great electrician and contractor to help me remodel the bathroom and repair

Pros- work was good and the time frame from start to finish was fast.
Cons- Sold us on having pictures to update the progress every day. This didn’t happen, we had to call him to get updates on the work. Once work was completed they left trash in our house and over filled our trash cans. 3 weeks later we are still waiting on the humidity sensor that was promised. We located water in our crawl space. Since the work is under warranty we reached out to the owner to have him come by and look at issue. We are still waiting for him to follow up on this.
