First of all, Ruth is my Mom, I’m Barbara. Mike has come several times and has always done a great job, is on time, answers all my questions, wears a mask when asked, and likes my dog (very important!) He’s very pleasant and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and will use for all my plumbing needs in the future. I also have to say that Ashley was amazing to work with. I had to reschedule multiple times for personal reasons and she kept her cool, calling me to work out a good appointment time.

I was pleased with their service. I called them in the morning and had a new hot water heater installed that afternoon. The service tech was Aaron. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Aaron came by to fix a couple of leaking toilets. I decided to get all three of toilets fixed with new parts in the tanks.
$700 and two hours later the toilets were leaking worse than before. I called back to get them to come out and fix the toilets and Aaron tells me the handles need to be replaced.
I am thinking all of the components inside the tank were supposed to be replaced.
Basically, this company doesn't know what they are doing and are crooks.
Do yourself a favor and go to another company.

Rub A Dub Plumbing sold me a $9000 septic system in May and my toilets would not flush in September. When they come out to look I'm told that it's my issue since it's a clogged line. Would you expect $9000 install would include cleaning out the lines going into the house because I mistakenly did. Beware of this company because they don't stand by their work and price gouge at every opportunity.

Over the weekend, we noticed a little back up in our plumbing. After attempting to remedy the problem ourselves with a snake and a bladder, we realized that that would only provide a short term fix and decided to give Rub A Dub a call because of our past positive experience. Aaron returned to finish the gas line installation that he started last week now that my pool heater was ready for the connection. He showed up on time and ready to complete the job. It only took him about a half hour to connect the heater but he hung around for the city inspector to show up to make sure everything checked out. I would not hesitate to use Aaron and Rub-A-Dub plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I had gone through another company to set up my mobile home on a property with hookups. They were unable to hook up my septic because they ran into a problem so I called rub a dub and they were able to get it done within a week. The price was fair and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Because of that we decided to use them for our regular septic check ups. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed anything plumbing-related done. I really appreciate the care they put into their business and their customers.

They answered my call on Saturday. I thought we had a leak in the slab. they came on Tuesday and checked it and discovered that the ice maker supply line was leaking. They installed a valve on my meter (required by the water supply company) they charged one service charge for Saturday and for the valve. They were very professional and honest.
