I was overcharged for a minor repair. He was already standing at my kitchen sink replacing a garbage disposal that was a claim for American Home Shield. I asked him to stop a drip from the faucet and he charged me $105 to replace the little gasket. About 5-10 minutes labor. He fully took advantage of my not asking what he would charge. He was getting paid by the company for the trip and I told him I would never have turned in a claim for such a small problem, but he saw an opportunity. Very satisfied with Mr. Rain on replacing a toilet. I believe the one low rating was due to a misunderstanding. There are bad customers as well as bad plumbers. When you work with a home warranty company, you can't add on a 2nd problem when the contractor arrives without a 2nd payment. That's how it works.
